What is our Worship Ministry?
Each weekend we celebrate God’s presence with music and words you can relate to. Our services provide a weekly glimpse of God’s practical power and invite participants to feel the comfort of His loving support. We call individuals to life-changing commitment to Jesus Christ and wish to equip people in doing just that!
We embrace musical styles from the past and present. We are a multi-generational church and desire to celebrate as a “family” of worshippers. We desire to worship in “Spirit and in truth” as Scripture says to do, with songs that teach Scriptural truths and encourage fresh encounters with God the Father through the work of His Holy Spirit.
Why join our Worship Ministry?
If you have gifts in the area of music and worship we have many spots open for you to serve. We have seasonal choirs, group ensembles, instrumental and vocal worship teams for church, young adults, and youth, a seasonal children’s choir, and so on. Instrumentalists include: drummers, guitarists (electric and acoustic), bass players, keyboardists, orchestral instruments, and more.
We offer a variety of opportunities to get involved in the technical side of worship services and special events -lighting, video, camera, sound. Special events call for gifts in drama, backstage help, stage management, painting, construction, make-up, props…..the list goes on and on.
